Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Arabic-speaking Female Telesales Executive to generate sales through outbound and inbound calls. The role requires strong communication skills, persuasive ability, and a structured sales approach to convert leads into paying customers while maintaining excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads
Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities
Clearly explain products/services and tailor offerings to customer needs
Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in CRM system
Follow up consistently with prospects to maximize conversion rates
Handle objections professionally and close sales effectively
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to improve lead quality and conversion
Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and brand representation
Requirements
Arabic (Native/Fluent) + good English communication skills
Proven experience in telesales / call center / sales role (preferred)
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused personality
Basic knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Based in UAE (preferred)
