About Us

We are a specialty coffee café located in the waterfront community of Mina Al Arab, Ras Al Khaimah. We are looking for an experienced and passionate Café Manager to lead our team and ensure an exceptional experience for every guest.

Responsibilities

Oversee all daily café operations and ensure smooth running of the venue
Lead, train, motivate and schedule the team
Maintain high standards of quality, cleanliness and customer service
Manage inventory, stock ordering and supplier relationships
Handle POS system, cash reconciliation and daily sales reporting
Drive sales targets and implement upselling initiatives
Ensure full compliance with health, safety and hygiene regulations
Report directly to ownership on performance and operational matters

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in F&B or café operations
Previous experience in a supervisory or management role is a must
Genuine passion for specialty coffee
Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
Proficient in POS systems and basic reporting
Valid UAE driving license
Fluent in English — Arabic is an advantage
Valid UAE residency visa or transferable visa
