Reporting to the Office Manager in a busy Real Estate company, you will assist in the day to day running of the office.

Communicating with customers and other company employees you will be responsible for:

Collecting and checking documents
Communicating via email and telephone
Creating and amending sales and rental contracts
Booking appointments
Handling cheques and cash payments
Property Inspections and handovers

The Ideal candidate will be:

Organised with good attention to detail
Motivated and dedicated
Able to work well in a team
Good with IT systems
