We are looking forward to hire well experienced, professional and hardworking restaurant staff in Ras Al-Khaimah.

For Supervisor:

(3 years minimum experience in international Restaurant as Supervisor)
• Take responsibility for the business performance of the restaurant
• Prepare reports at the end of the shift/week, including staff control , food control and sales
• Create and execute plans for department sales, profit and staff development
• Arabic language preferred
• Coordinate the operation of the restaurant during schedule shifts
• Recruit, train, manage and motivate staff
• Respond to customer queries and complain
• Meet and greet customers, organize table reservations and offer advice about menu
• Maintain high standards quality , hygiene, and health and safety
• Check stock levels, order supplies and prepare cash drawers and petty cash

For Head waiter:

• Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in international Restaurant
• Excellent eye for attention to details essential
• Experience working in a multi-cultural environment
• Able to read, write and speak fluently in English
• Arabic language preferred
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Ability to handle stress and to work under pressure in a dynamic environment

For CDP Chef:

• 4 years minimum experience in international Restaurant
• Must have excellent food knowledge and a full understanding of culinary terms.
• Must be able to read, understand, follow and prepare company recipes by maintaining the quality and consistency in taste according to the instructions provided by the corporate office.
• Must be able to work in any section of a kitchen.
• Coordinate and supervise all personnel assigned to his section, assign and delegate tasks accordingly.
• Control production levels and recommend ideas for improvements and better cost controlling.
• Ensures that the HACCP program is carried out correctly.
• Reports for duty at assigned times, follows his/her supervisor’s instructions, and ensures that personal appearance, uniform and personal hygiene are in accordance with the company’s rules and regulations.

Salary for:
Supervisor: AED 2000-3000
Head Waiter: AED 1800-2000
CDP: AED 2000-2500
