Job Details
MEP Technicians Required (AC, Electrical, Plumbing)
• Install, service, and repair air-conditioning and ventilation systems (split units, ducted systems, air filtration).
• Carry out electrical fitting, wiring, and maintenance of fixtures in line with UAE safety standards.
• Perform plumbing and sanitary installation, pipe repair, and leak diagnostics.
• Install and maintain general electromechanical equipment across residential and commercial sites.
• Diagnose faults quickly and deliver first-time-right repairs to protect our quality reputation.
• Complete AMC (annual maintenance contract) visits and on-demand callouts per schedule.
• Maintain accurate job reports, parts usage, and service records for each site visit.
• Follow all health, safety, and site-access procedures at client properties.
• Represent Al Sanad professionally with clients — punctual, tidy, and courteous on every job.
