I have hands-on experience working in Fine Dining at Hotel Nova Park Royal, London, UK, where I consistently delivered exceptional guest experiences while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality and service excellence.
Additionally, I worked as a Part-Time Chef at Haute Dolci, one of the UK’s leading premium dessert and dining restaurant brands with 50+ branches across the United Kingdom. This role strengthened my kitchen operations, food preparation, teamwork, and ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities & Skills:
• Delivering premium fine dining service with exceptional guest satisfaction.
• Supervising daily restaurant operations and supporting the restaurant manager.
• Welcoming guests, managing seating arrangements, and ensuring a memorable dining experience.
• Taking food and beverage orders accurately and providing menu recommendations.
• Coordinating with the kitchen and bar teams for timely and accurate service.
• Training and mentoring new team members on service standards and SOPs.
• Handling guest inquiries and resolving complaints professionally.
• Maintaining hygiene, food safety, and HACCP standards.
• Managing opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and POS operations.
• Ensuring restaurant cleanliness, table setup, and compliance with UAE hospitality standards.
• Supporting banquet, VIP, and special event operations.
• Assisting with food preparation and maintaining quality standards in a high-volume kitchen environment.
