15 years of experience in the UAE, I bring a versatile skill set spanning administration,
operations, HR, health insurance management, and ISO compliance across multiple
companies under one organization.
I am particularly skilled in dealing with people, building strong professional relationships
with employees, clients, and stakeholders. I also have a deep understanding of policies,
contracts, and insurance documents, enabling accurate interpretation, compliance, and
efficient management of employee benefits.
In my previous roles, I have managed end-to-end office operations, including filing,
documentation, record-keeping, and reporting directly to management. I have extensive
experience in health insurance management, from sourcing and enrollment to claims
processing. As a Management Representative, I successfully handled and audited internal
and external ISO 9001 and 45001 processes, ensuring compliance and continuous
improvement.
In operations, I support timesheet management and client communications, while in HR,
I manage visa processing, passport safekeeping, and employee onboarding and
termination across multiple companies.
