Private Suites Al Hamra Palace at golf and sea resort are private apartments within the beachfront resort Al Hamra Residence (next to Waldorf Astoria) with a view to the Par 72 Championship golf course or the Arabian gulf. Beautiful private beach and garden, pools, tennis courts and gym are available to the guests free of charge.
All units have fully equipped kitchen (with washing machine with dryer, stove with hood, Nespresso coffee machine etc. ).
One-bedroom suites have in addition guest toilet, dishwasher in the kitchen and spacious balconies stretching in front of all rooms with spectacular views to the lush greenery of Al Hamra Golf course.
Spotlessly clean and peaceful place.
The area offers plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance, sports and leisure activities are abundant.
The bars and restaurant in the hotel are available to our apartments guests, as well as the room service.
All nearby restaurants and grocery stores offer deliveries.
Free covered parking and paid valet service are available.
Free high-speed WiFi and IPTV from Etisalat.
Housekeeping along with towels/linens change is provided depending on the stay duration.

Security deposit depends on the stay duration and the unit type.
Tourism Dirham fee of 10AED per night per bedroom is applicable for the first 30 nights - not included in the price.
Destination Fee of 7% is applicable on all stays - not included in the price.
VAT is not applicable.
No agency fee.
All utilities are included in the rate.

Policies:
- Valid government issued ID shall be presented at check-in.
- Check-in starts at 3PM, check-out ends at 12 noon.
- Smoking is not allowed, except on the balconies, where available.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Parties/events are not allowed, subject to government imposed fine of 50 000 AED, unless permit is obtained from RAKTDA.
- Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00
