CONSTRUCTION ROBOT OPERATOR TRAINEE
We are hiring a motivated trainee to operate advanced construction robots used for wall putty sanding and indoor painting on UAE project sites.
No previous robot experience is required. Full practical training will be provided by an experienced Chinese machine operator. We are looking for someone with good basic technical ability, strong safety awareness and the willingness to learn a new technology.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Learn to operate the construction robot using a tablet-based control system.
- Set up work areas, maps, routes and operating parameters under supervision.
- Monitor the machine during sanding and painting operations.
- Check work quality and make basic adjustments when required.
- Clean and maintain the robot, hoses, filters, spray system and sensors.
- Complete daily inspection and maintenance checklists.
- Identify and report faults clearly to the technical team.
- Follow all site HSE rules and emergency-stop procedures.
BASIC REQUIREMENTS
- Able to use a smartphone or tablet and connect devices to Wi-Fi.
- Basic spoken and written English.
- Able to read simple instructions, checklists and measurements.
- Basic maths skills, including measurements and mixing ratios.
- Comfortable using common hand tools.
- Able to recognise basic equipment parts such as hoses, filters, sensors and emergency-stop buttons.
- Careful, responsible and physically fit for construction-site work.
- Willing to work at different UAE project locations when required.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
Experience in any of the following is an advantage, but not mandatory:
- Painting, airless spray painting, putty, sanding or finishing work.
- Construction equipment or machinery operation.
- Mechanical, electrical or automotive maintenance.
- Factory, CNC or automated equipment operation.
SALARY AND BENEFITS
- AED 3,000-3,500 per month.
- Company accommodation and transportation.
- UAE employment visa and medical insurance.
- Overtime paid according to company policy and UAE labour requirements.
- Salary review after successful training and independent-operation assessment.
- Full machine-operation training provided.
