With over 18 years of experience in managing high-rise residential, villas, commercial buildings, and MIVAN projects across Qatar, UAE, and India, I bring strong technical, leadership, and execution capabilities to every project I handle.
In my recent role as Project Manager with Urban Wing Trading & Contracting in Doha, I successfully managed multiple G+5 residential apartments, villas, commercial buildings, farm houses, and renovation projects from estimation through final handover. I was responsible for planning, contractor coordination, cost control, quality management, authority approvals, billing, and client communication, ensuring projects were completed on time and to approved specifications.
Most recently, I worked with Bhandari Group in Pune on a large-scale MIVAN high-rise project involving G+19 residential towers and commercial complexes, where I handled site execution, consultant coordination, safety, quality, and progress monitoring. My experience with both Gulf regulations and Indian high-rise systems allows me to adapt quickly to different project environments.
I am Dubai Municipality (G+1) approved, UPDA certified in Qatar, and a registered member of the Society of Engineers – Dubai, which enables me to work effectively with authorities and consultants. I am currently available on a visit visa valid until February 2026 and ready to join immediately.
