I'm selling my adjustable workout bench with a pair of adjustable dumbbells and a set of resistance bands. I bought everything about 1–2 years ago and it's been used lightly, so it's in excellent condition. The bench adjusts to multiple angles for flat and incline exercises and the padding is intact with no tears. The adjustable dumbbells let you change weights quickly and the plates and dials are working smoothly. The resistance bands include handles and clips for different exercises. I'm including the bench, both dumbbells, and the bands — perfect for home strength training and compact enough to store in a small space.
