The deadline for submitting offers for Stage 2: 01.08.2026
a) Company Name & Registered Seat:
EXALO Drilling S.A., Exalo Drilling UAE Branch with its registered seat at Julphar Tower Office 606, Al Hisn Rd. 114, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates.
b) Inspection Location & Schedule:
Exalo Yard near Mudfaq Farm, 7 km from Ras Al Khaimah (RAK) Airport, United Arab Emirates (UAE). External inspection of assets is possible every day, between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM GST. Internal inspection possible during Open Days.
c) Asset Type, Category & Quantity:
Used drilling rig and mini camp assets, including fuel and water tanks, 20ft and 40ft living and office containers, and specialized containers (38 items in total as detailed in the technical specification).
d) Starting Asking Price:
205,000 AED (in words: two hundred five thousand UAE dirhams). Preferable form of payment: international bank transfer to Poland. Assets will be released for pickup after full payment confirmation.
e) Submission of Offers & Deadline:
Commercial offers must be submitted via WhatsApp at my phone number, from which the email address will be provided, by August 1, 2026, or in person at the Branch office at the address indicated above.
f) Rejection Disclaimer:
The Company reserves the right to reject any submitted offer without giving any reason.
Offer Status: Sold on an as-is, where-is basis (in the condition it is in, and in the place where it is located).
On behalf of my company I am pleased to present a sale offer for base equipment elements of a mini camp and a drilling rig site, previously belonging to a drilling company. The majority of the devices and containers are functional. Due to the lack of operation for a period of about two years, the offered equipment will require a standard inspection and necessary replacements before re-use. The price stated in the offer constitutes a starting price based on our internal valuation. We are open to substantive price proposals. It is possible to purchase the entire package or purchase it divided into the following groups:
Group I: Fuel and water tanks (including mud tanks).
Group II: A set of 10 20-foot containers (7 Mini Camp living/sleeping containers, 2 double office containers, and 1 Hospital Container medical unit).
Group III: Remaining residential, office, social, and specialized containers (mainly 40-foot standard, 20-foot specialized containers, workshop, mosque, and auxiliary site equipment).

In order to allow a thorough understanding of the technical condition of the offered assets, we are planning to organize open days. Site viewings are proposed from July 22nd to July 25th, 2026, between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM. During this time, we ensure full access to the interior of each of the listed container rooms and tanks.
